My boyfriend and I stayed at Richard and Sarah place for 2 nights and we can’t recommend this place enough. The location was great, but we recommend having a car because you get to drive through amazing little streets and villages exploring Cornwall through ‘tree tunnels’. The apartment itself was cozy and clean and perfect for two. The made to order breakfast was incredible. If we were to come back to Penzance, Cornwall we would definitely stay at the Pendennis again.

Perfectly clean room. White bed linen. Quiet place where I could catch-up on my sleep in a fantastic comfortable warm bed. High quality breakfast freshly prepared. Welcoming friendly polite hosts. Seafront location. The guest house was spotlessly clean and I felt at home. I will definitely stay at Warwick House on my future trips to Penzance. I had a wonderful time.
